To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, we do not guarantee the authenticity, applicability, safety, and legality of Travel Products sold by Travel Providers, and will not be liable for any loss caused thereby, except for losses arising solely from our fraudulent actions, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
When making a booking, we may charge a booking, processing, or service fee. Such fees would be dependent on the booking or services you have chosen. We reserve the right to change or modify the amount or method of calculating such fees from time to time.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking within 48 hours of payment for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, or verification concerns.
In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. We will not be liable for any additional costs you may have incurred.
24-Hour Cancellation Guarantee: We guarantee free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided that the booking is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information required for the Services. If you violate relevant laws, regulations, or provisions of these Service Terms when using a Travel Product, it shall be deemed a breach of these Service Terms.
In the event of a breach, we have the right to suspend or terminate your use and access to our site, including suspending or canceling any existing booking, by providing prior notice of such action.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we will only be liable for costs you incur as a direct result of our failure. We and our affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of:

Nothing in these Service Terms will limit our liability in respect of: (a) negligence that leads to death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable laws.
These Service Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to choice of law principles.
For any dispute related to these Service Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration proceedings.
If unable to resolve through informal negotiations, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
In the event of any dispute between you and a Third Party Service Provider over purchased products or services, such dispute shall be resolved between you and the Third Party Service Provider in accordance with the terms of your agreement with them.
Each provision of these Service Terms operates separately. If any provision is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
Our failure to exercise any rights or provisions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Service Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.

We will confirm your booked flight via email. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct and that you are contactable. If a reservation is not successful, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Tickets and booking confirmations will be sent to your email address within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours if you notice any errors.
Do not submit duplicate orders. If submitting duplicate orders results in duplicate tickets being issued, you will bear the resulting losses fully.
Refunds include voluntary refunds (initiated by passenger) and involuntary refunds (initiated by airline). All refunds and changes are handled in accordance with the applicable airline's terms and conditions.
For flight changes or cancellations, we are only responsible for ticketing and notification. For details regarding temporary flight cancellations or changes, contact the relevant airline directly. We are not responsible for losses beyond our scope of responsibility.
We will contact you via email, SMS, or phone notification regarding refunds and changes. Please keep communication channels open and ensure accuracy of contact information. You are solely responsible for any losses from failure to confirm refunds or changes in a timely manner.
